Carmen Sognonvi, founder of Top Flight Family, is a serial entrepreneur and world traveler.

She is host of Small Steps Big Moves, a podcast about the business of influence and content creation, which upon its launch in December 2023, debuted in the top 10 marketing and the top 200 business podcasts on Apple Podcasts in the U.S.

Carmen’s insights on influencer marketing have been featured in Business Insider and Buzzfeed, while her expertise in luxury travel has been featured in Travel + Leisure, Conde Nast Traveler and The Washington Post.

Born and raised mostly in Hong Kong, Carmen also lived in Shanghai and Belgium before making New York her permanent home.

Carmen graduated from Columbia University with a BA in Political Science and lives in Brooklyn, NY with her husband Serge and daughters Sean and Ella.
