The fall is upon us, but Mother Nature can still throw me a curve ball and turned a windy, cool day into a hot, muggy day. So, on those days, I crave a cool treat that is both refreshing and scrumptious. That’s why I love popsicles, because they can really take the heat off those unexpected heat waves. So, if you’re looking for a popsicle that packs a bit of a crunch, then I’ve got the perfect recipe for you.
