Gym Features: 27,000 square foot spa and fitness center offers a large variety of fitness classes including cycling, personal training, aerial and outdoor yoga, and stand up paddle board classes. Tennis courts are available, as well as a 25 yard saline lap pool.

Equipment Lending: Yes. New Balance Gear lending program. Many Westin hotels will loan you workout equipment for your hotel room. This could varying from dumbbells, fitness DVDs, resistance bands to actual stationary bikes and treadmills.

What is unique: They have in house athletes available for personal coaching and training, as well as sports medicine and physical therapy. Westin hotels offer a run concierge program where you can do guided runs or get maps of routes around the area.

2. Loews Hotel Atlanta, GA

Gym Features: This hotel houses a location of the Exhale Gym and Spa brand on the 7th floor. This means all the comforts of an independent gym in the hotel. A large selection of workout equipment and machines are coupled with many class choices including barre, spinning, yoga and HIIT. Full service spa menu is also available.

What is unique: Why settle for minimal hotel gyms, when you can have full access similar to your home gym for free at your hotel. Plus, packages offered include wellness and holistic based options as well.

3. Park Hyatt Chicago, IL

Gym Features: This 24 hour facility has top of the line exercise equipment that include flat screen TVs on each machine and a 25 yard lap pool with views of the city. They offer bike rental as well.

Equipment Lending: Yes. Clothes and swim wear are provided. GPS running watches are available with running routes and maps around the hotel and along Lake Michigan in case you prefer to explore a local park.

What is unique: They have paired with locals trainers to offer shred 415 interval training classes in the garden terrace. They also offer on demand yoga classes available in your room.

4. Four Seasons Scottsdale, AZ

Gym Features: This gym is open 24 hours for every fitness enthusiast. They offer a large selection of classes and personal training. Each piece of cardio equipment has its own TV with headphone jack. Tennis courts and ball machines are available.

Equipment Lending: Yes. Workout clothes are provided.

What is unique: Included in your stay is a guided hike up Pinnacle Peak, which is at adjacent to the hotel. It is about a 3.5 mile trip.

5. Fairmont Hotel San Francisco, CA

Gym Features: This is another full gym located inside of a hotel, Active Sports Club at Nob Hill. Group fitness classes, spinning, yoga and pilates are offered, as well as personal training and nutrition counseling. Access to the gym is free as long as you are a president club member, which is free to sign up for.

Equipment Lending: Yes. Clothes and an MP3 player filled with music are available for use.

What is unique: The Fairmont hotels allow you to book Fairmont Fitness rooms. In addition to clothes and MP3 lending, you can get yoga mats, resistance bands and other equipment for use in your room. Some locations offer bike rental as well.
