Veuve Clicquot Rich + Lemon and Thyme
- 5-6 large ice cubes
- 2-3 zests of lemon
- 1-2 springs of thyme
- Veuve Clicquot Rich Champagne
Place 5 ice cubes in a large wine glass, add lemon zests, top with Veuve Clicquot Rich, and finish with springs of fresh Thyme.

- 2 oz Lemoncocco
- 1.5 oz Tequila Blanco
- 1 oz Agave Syrup
- 1/2 Lime
In a shaker tin, add ice and all the ingredients. Shake vigorously to combine and chill. Garnish with a lemon slice.

- 1.5 oz Patrón Silver
- 3 oz WTRMLN WTR
- 4 oz Ginger Beer
- 0.75 oz Lemon Juice
- 6 Raspberries, 2 for garnish
- + Mint Sprig for garnish
In a shaker tin, muddle the raspberries by gently pressing them. Add the remaining ingredients except the ginger beer. Add ice and shake vigorously to combine and chill. Strain into a mule mug filled with fresh ice. Top off with ginger beer. Garnish with a mint sprig and raspberries.

- 2 parts Jim Beam Black
- 0.5 parts peach nectar
- Muddled blueberries (a handful) and mint with a touch of brown sugar
In a double old fashioned glass, muddle the mint and brown sugar. Add the blueberries and muddle again. Add crushed ice, peach nectar and Jim Beam Black. Stir to distribute mint. Top with crushed ice. Garnish with blueberries and a mint sprig.

NOLET’S Silver Peach Lemonade
- 1 oz NOLET’S Silver Gin
- 3 oz Fresh Squeezed Lemonade
- 0.5 oz Elderflower Liqueur
Muddle 2 peach slices in the bottom of a mason or highball glass. Add ice and remaining ingredients and stir. Garnish with a peach slice.
